Make this easy, no-bake Bruschetta Dip for your next gathering. It combines fresh tomato flavor with a creamy cheese base, perfect for serving with crackers or baguette slices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a serving dish. This forms the creamy base layer for your dip.
  3. In a separate small bowl, gently toss the halved tomatoes with the chopped basil, balsamic glaze, and olive oil. Let this mixture sit for 5 minutes to marinate slightly.
  4. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the cream cheese base. Do not stir the layers together.
  5. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve this easy party dip cold with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or your favorite crackers.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead appetizer, prepare the creamy base and the tomato topping separately. Store them covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Assemble just before serving.
  • If you prefer a hot bruschetta dip, you can bake the assembled dip at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly bubbly.
  • You can substitute Boursin cheese for the cream cheese and sour cream combination for a quick flavor boost.
