Make this warm, cheesy, and flavorful baked garlic bread dip. It is a simple appetizer perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering where you need a crowd-pleasing snack.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie dish or small oven-safe skillet.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the mozzarella cheese (reserving 2 tablespoons for the top), Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with slices of crusty bread or your favorite crackers for dipping.
Notes
For an extra rich flavor, use roasted garlic instead of fresh minced garlic.
You can prepare this creamy savory dip mixture up to 24 hours ahead and keep it covered in the refrigerator. Add 5 to 10 minutes to the baking time if baking straight from the fridge.
This dip is excellent served inside a hollowed-out round loaf of sourdough bread for a dramatic presentation.
